Down 2 Earth Creations – Easy, Friendly Product Returns

Hey there! We’re so glad you chose Down 2 Earth Creations for your garden dreams. 🌿 We want every plant, garden accessory, or landscaping product you order from www.d2e.co.za to make you smile. But we get it — sometimes life happens, and a product isn’t exactly what you expected. That’s why we’ve made our returns simple, fair, and fully in line with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

Changed Your Mind?
It happens to the best of us. If you bought something but later decide it’s not right for you, don’t stress. You can return your product within 7 days of delivery, as long as it’s unused, in its original condition, and still in its original packaging. Make sure to include your proof of purchase when you send it back.

Just a heads-up: if the return is because of a change of mind, the return shipping costs are on you. But if the product arrived damaged or we made a mistake, we’ve got you covered.

Damaged or Faulty Products
Sometimes accidents happen in transit, or a product might have a little hiccup. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or just not working properly, reach out to us within 10 days of delivery. Here’s all we need from you:

  1. Snap a photo of the product as it arrived.

  2. Email us at info@d2e.co.za with your order number and photos.

Once we’ve seen what’s wrong, we’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund — whichever works best for you — at no extra cost. Our goal is to get your garden back on track without you having to stress.

We Sent the Wrong Product?
If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item, we sincerely apologize. Please let us know within 10 days of receiving your order. We’ll organize the collection of the incorrect item and get the correct one to you as quickly as possible — no extra cost to you.

Refunds Made Easy
Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll process your refund within 7–14 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method you used when ordering. Simple, fair, and hassle-free.

How to Return a Product
Returning a product is easy:

  1. Email info@d2e.co.za with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Pack your item safely in its original packaging.

  3. Follow the instructions we send you for returning the product.

A Few Notes

  • Custom-made or special-order items may not be returnable unless faulty.

  • This policy doesn’t limit your rights under the Consumer Protection Act — you’re always protected by the law.
